The role emphasizes mentoring, client leadership, and leveraging AI and design thinking to create impactful customer experiences across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, strategy, design or technology
• Proven ability to lead large, complex programs
• Excellent client relationship skills and stakeholder management
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience mentoring and growing team members

Responsibilities

• Manage engagement processes including strategy, scope, timelines, resourcing and risk management
• Lead cross-functional teams to align with project vision
• Serve as day-to-day client contact and manage expectations
• Identify opportunities for improvement and business development
• Develop software solutions strategies for diverse clients
• Facilitate UX design thinking workshops with clients
• Collaborate with design and technology teams to deliver user experiences
