Job summary

Konrad is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead cross-functional teams of consultants, designers, and developers through medium and large-scale digital projects in a hybrid London-based setting.

You will guide clients through our Design Thinking Process, mentor junior members, and collaborate with Strategy, UX Design, and Technology teams to deliver innovative user experiences, including AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience leading strategy, design and technology teams on digital projects.
• Strong ability to liaise with clients and understand business challenges.
• Passion for user experience, digital design and technology, with a learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the engagement lead on projects from smaller initiatives to large-scale digital transformations.
• Strategize and create digital solutions for diverse clients and verticals.
• Lead strategy and design thinking workshops with clients.
