Job summary

Konrad Group is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead cross-functional teams on mid-to-large digital projects and guide clients through our Design Thinking Process to deliver compelling user experiences. You will mentor junior team members and collaborate with Strategy, UX, and Technology teams to drive innovative solutions including AI-enabled outcomes.

The role demands strong client liaison, public speaking, and a passion for digital design, with a track record of delivering on time and to spec.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading strategy, design, and technology teams through medium to large digital projects.
• Clear understanding of management, business, and finance processes.
• Strong track record liaising with and collaborating with clients.
• Demonstrable passion for user experience, digital design, and technology.
• Desire to learn about the latest technologies and keep up with digital trends.
• Keen eye for great digital design and strong communication skills.
• Strong track record of public speaking and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Support the engagement lead on projects from small initiatives to large digital transformations.
• Strategize and create digital solutions for diverse clients and verticals.
• Lead strategy and design thinking workshops with clients.
• Work with design and technology teams to deliver elegant user experiences.
• Ensure client goals and project timelines are met.
• Be a thought leader on evolving technology and AI trends.
• Structure presentations, RFP responses, and collateral.
• Mentor junior team members.
