Job summary

Konrad Group is seeking a senior Manager to drive strategy and management consulting engagements as well as design and technology delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and guide projects from inception through completion.

The role emphasizes mentoring, leading large programs, and leveraging AI and design thinking to deliver end-to-end customer experiences. Hybrid work and continuous learning are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading management consulting, strategy, design, and technology teams.
• Strong relationship-building and influence skills.
• An understanding of complex management, business, and finance processes across diverse industries.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication with strong problem-solving.
• Proven history liaising with clients and leading large programs.
• Experience mentoring and growing other team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engagement processes including strategy, design thinking, scope, timelines, resourcing, implementation and risk management.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project and program vision is understood and met.
• Serve as daily client contact, managing expectations and resolving issues independently.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively drive solutions.
• Steer the design and technology strategy to deliver software solutions for multiple clients and verticals.
• Lead UX design thinking workshops with clients.
• Identify opportunities for business development with existing clients.
• Interpret client challenges and align design/tech teams to deliver elegant user experiences.
• Act as a thought leader on design and technology trends, including AI developments.
• Mentor and develop team members.
