Shape business growth through strategic insight On the Strategy Internship Programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence by helping leading corporate and private equity clients solve complex strategic challenges and identify growth opportunities. You’ll work in high-performing teams on live client engagements, gaining hands‑on experience from day one and contributing to high-profile strategy and due diligence projects. As a Shaper of the future, you’ll build your consulting skills, expand your network, and make a meaningful impact while exploring a career in strategy consulting.

What you will be doing:

• Identify data sources, gather, analyse, and interpret data, and present your findings to team members or clients.
• Interview market experts, customers, and competitors of the client and synthesize findings to make strategic recommendations.
• Build market and business models to generate forecasts and support with analysis.
• Gain exposure to senior clients and stakeholders, strengthen your communication skills, and enjoy a collaborative team culture through social events, team dinners and learning.
• Problem solving — Use structured thinking and analytical frameworks to break down complex business challenges into clear, actionable insights.
• Analytical thinking — use range of analytical tools including hypothesis trees, modelling of large data sets, insights from primary research, technology, and professional judgement to deliver insights others can rely on.
