Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the UK offers an Operations Summer Internship to help corporate and private equity clients unlock value. You'll work in high-performing teams across the full transaction lifecycle, supporting due diligence, integration, divestitures and operational transformation.

You will develop analytical thinking and decision-making in ambiguity, learning from experienced consultants while contributing to real client outcomes across deal lifecycle.

• Work on operational due diligence, integration, divestiture and value creation projects for corporate and private equity clients.
• Use operational analysis and due diligence insights to support transactions and help clients navigate challenges throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Collaborate with experienced project teams, clients and deal teams across EY-Parthenon.
• Build confidence and skills through continuous learning and hands‑on experience.
• Confidence in ambiguity — make sound decisions with limited information and learn fast.
• Analytical thinking — interpret data and evidence to form strong insights.
