Job summary

easyJet's Technology Strategy team seeks a seasoned Communications Lead to shape the strategic narrative and connect AI, engineering, data, and workforce priorities.

You will partner with the CDTO and HR, translate complex strategy into clear messages, and ensure consistent storytelling across leadership and teams.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based at Hangar 89, Luton, with 40 hours per week and a focus on engagement, activation, and coherent framing across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in strategic communications or change management within technology, digital, or large-scale transformation environments.
• Ability to structure and simplify evolving information without losing accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across leadership and workforce levels.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Framing: work with the CDTO on how strategy and roadmaps are structured, sequenced, and told.
• Cross-Functional Narrative Connection: ensure a coherent, endorsed narrative across Tech & Data leadership.
• Workforce Engagement & Activation: translate strategy into an understandable story for the wider workforce and drive engagement.
• Leadership Support: provide leaders with a current view of understanding and flags where narrative is not stable.
• Essential: build relationships across a matrixed organization to connect siloed work into a coherent whole.
