Based in Luton, this full-time, hybrid role collaborates with the CDTO and Director of Technology Strategy & Innovation to translate complex plans into accessible storytelling that drives engagement and real-world

Qualifications

Experience in strategic communications or change management within technology/digital transformation environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to shift tone for leadership vs workforce.
Ability to structure and simplify complex information without losing accuracy.
Comfort operating without direct authority; influence through relationships.
Experience building trusted relationships across a matrixed organisation and connecting siloed work.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the CDTO to structure and frame strategy and roadmaps.
Ensure framing is clear and understandable to non-experts.
Translate strategy into a narrative for the wider workforce to understand and act on.
Partner with Internal Communications and HR to embed the narrative across channels.
Provide leadership with a current view of how well the strategy is understood and where gaps exist.
