Job summary

Corpay is hiring a Strategy Manager IVP in London to help shape strategic priorities, assess market and product opportunities, and support the delivery of high-impact initiatives across the IVP portfolio, including vehicle payments and fintech services.

You will work with senior executives to build business cases, develop actionable recommendations, and translate insights into strategic actions across multiple markets and business models.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy with 3–6 years in relevant roles.
• Strong analytical capability including financial modelling and business case development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce concise, executive-ready presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• High ownership, intellectual curiosity and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in payments, financial services or fintech is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy projects, structure problems, perform analyses and develop actionable recommendations.
• Partner with senior leaders to support growth strategy, strategic planning and key commercial initiatives across IVP.
• Assess market, product, partnership and M&A opportunities, size opportunities and build business cases.
• Develop market insights and translate them into strategic implications for Corpay.
• Create concise, decision-oriented materials for senior leadership and Board-level presentations.
• Build relationships across a multi-country, multi-business environment to drive alignment across functions.
