You will shape strategic roadmaps, quantify benefits, and partner with senior leaders to deliver cross-functional transformation initiatives. The role requires 5-8+ years in strategy, transformation, or finance/credit operations, strong data analytics, and exceptional stakeholder management with executive audiences.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in strategy, transformation, finance or credit ops related roles.
• Map end-to-end processes; identify bottlenecks and control gaps.
• Develop roadmaps, define initiatives, sequencing, ownership, governance and benefits.
• Prepare exec-level business cases and recommendations with trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Assess Credit, Finance, Fraud and related processes in UK and international ops.
• Map current-state workflows, identify bottlenecks, risks and pain points.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and prioritise initiatives with governance.
• Prepare business cases and executive recommendations with expected benefits.
• Partner with Credit, Finance, Fraud, Product, Sales, Operations, Technology, Data, Risk and Transformation teams to drive alignment.
• Define governance, monitor benefits realisation and drive organisational change.
