Are you ready to make a real impact at the heart of a globally respected organisation? Chambers and Partners is seeking a dynamic and driven Strategy Manager to lead high-profile initiatives that define our long-term growth and transformation. In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of strategic projects from idea to execution, deliver sharp market and competitor analysis, and provide influential insights directly to senior leadership.

You'll be part of a collaborative and high-energy Strategy & Transformation team, reporting to the Strategy Director. This is a unique opportunity to help steer business change in a close-knit environment that values initiative, creativity, and results.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Delivering key strategic projects for Chambers from initial idea through to market research (market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs) and building the business case to the final decision, ensuring timely delivery and quality
  • Owning the strategic planning model to develop and implement long-term business strategies
  • Providing senior consultancy and specialist advice on a range of strategic issues
  • Supporting the business in delivering operational changes, coordinating virtual teams from across the business
  • Designing robust analysis (both quantitative and qualitative) to understand the impacts of proposed changes or ideas
  • Providing leadership and cross-functional coordination to drive projects

Skills and qualifications

  • Stakeholder management – Building long-lasting and trusted relationships with senior/ C-suite stakeholders across the business, whilst maintaining the ability to challenge traditional models and ways of thinking
  • Communication - Ability to clearly and concisely present recommendations on complex and ambiguous problems. Understanding key stakeholders' expectations, creating senior leadership team briefings and board packs ensuring alignment and accountability after decisions are made
  • Storytelling - Driving the articulation of complex concepts and /or data using simple, compelling and coherent narratives
  • Research and modelling - Using desk-based research, data modelling and breaking complex information down to build a narrative
  • Program management – Managing high-priority strategic initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving - Thinking creatively to challenge assumptions and explore unconventional solutions. Provide structure to ambiguous problems
  • Mindset – Be curious and enthusiastic, embracing diverse perspectives whilst managing ambiguity

Person specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Demonstrable experience in strategy consulting, strategic planning, business development, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and profitability
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and excel
