Job summary

PwC Strategy& Pharma Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and shape client engagements across strategy development and delivery. You will partner with clients and cross-border teams to solve complex problems, build relationships, and develop the capabilities of the team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client engagements in pharma or life sciences.
• Ability to manage teams of 2–5 junior consultants.
• Strong problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership in managing client engagements from strategy to end-to-end deliverable creation.
• Form and shape solutions using analytical, hypothesis-driven thinking.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor 2–5 junior team members with independence.
