Prescient Healthcare Group is seeking a Senior Principal to drive day-to-day growth of its Commercial Practice, win and lead projects, and build high-value client relationships. You will mentor consultants, deliver insight-led projects, and help expand strategic opportunities across global pharma clients.

You will guide teams, challenge assumptions, and drive a land-and-expand strategy while maintaining a relentless focus on quality and deadlines in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in life sciences with business/marketing exposure.
• Over ten years of professional experience, including seven+ years in life sciences consulting.
• Experience in segmentation, demand studies and global modelling in pharma/biotech.
• Strong business development, account management and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional strategic, analytical and conceptual thinking.

Responsibilities

• Direct projects to answer strategic business questions with high client satisfaction.
• Develop strategic client account plans and expand Prescient's client reach.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and with new brands.
• Manage client engagements end-to-end: design, planning, facilitation, analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure top-tier client service and outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted external subject matter expert and mentor staff.
• Create and publish thought leadership to enhance Prescient’s brand and growth.
• Lead and develop the Commercial Research team to deliver concise insights.
