Job summary

CBS Butler is seeking an experienced Strategy Lead to drive strategic planning and transformation across a large-scale technology infrastructure function in Sheffield. The role is hybrid with three days on site and runs for an initial six months.

You will lead roadmaps, governance and executive reporting, support investment planning and budget allocation, and engage senior stakeholders to align strategic decisions in a highly regulated banking/financial services context.

Qualifications

• Proven background in strategy, transformation or portfolio management (≤140 chars).
• Mandatory banking or financial services experience (≤140 chars).
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including cloud and hybrid environments (≤140 chars).
• Excellent executive communication and senior stakeholder management skills (≤140 chars).
• Experience operating within complex, highly regulated organisations (≤140 chars).
