Job summary

Consult in Sheffield is seeking a Strategy Lead to shape strategic direction and oversee transformation programs. The role favours three days onsite and a six‑month engagement, with a daily rate in the £500–£570 band.

You will work with senior leaders to influence outcomes across a large, regulated organisation, producing governance materials, investment plans and operating cadences.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in strategy, transformation, portfolio execution, or technology business management.
• Experience with technology infrastructure across compute, storage, cloud and hybrid operating models.
• Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes within large, complex matrix organisations.
• Outstanding executive stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
• Experience producing executive strategy papers, governance materials and leadership presentations.
• Experience supporting senior leadership with operating cadence, portfolio tracking, investment planning and workforce planning.
