Job summary

Experis is seeking a Strategy Lead in Sheffield for a 6-month engagement. The role is largely onsite (3 days/week) with a daily rate in the £500–£570 range.

Duration is 6 months, offering senior-level responsibility in strategy, transformation and portfolio governance. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in financial services or regulated sectors, strong executive communication, and proven ability to influence outcomes in large matrices.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, transformation, portfolio execution, or technology business management.
• Infrastructure experience across compute, storage, cloud and hybrid operating models.
• Experience in financial services or another highly regulated environment.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes within large, complex matrix organisations.
• Outstanding executive stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
• Experience producing executive-level strategy papers, governance materials and leadership presentations.
• Experience supporting senior leadership teams with operating cadence, portfolio tracking, investment planning and workforce planning.
