Job summary

HASH is seeking a Founder's Associate to work directly with the founder/CEO in its London office. The role spans establishing scalable processes, leading strategic initiatives, and providing urgent founder support to accelerate growth.

You will engage across PeopleOps, FinancialOps, and SalesOps, with hands-on execution as the company scales. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field, exceptional English, strong ownership, and high energy.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English (C2) with strong writing skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Software Engineering, Maths or similar.
• Comfort with multi-tasking in a fast-growing startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up processes and run operational functions (PeopleOps, FinancialOps, SalesOps).
• Lead delivery of strategic projects (events, product launches, new markets).
• Provide ad-hoc founder support on time-critical matters.
• Work in HASH's London office on a full-time basis.
