About the Role:

As a Social Media Strategy Director, you'll shape our clients' social-first presence, developing and executing strategies for some of the world’s biggest brands. Social media is central to modern brand communication, and you'll bridge the gap between social media strategic vision and creative output. We seek a social expert with a deep understanding of online behavior and culture, focused on innovation and effectiveness. Responsibilities:

• Drive Strategic Social Vision: Develop and lead social-first strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
• Lead Platform Expertise & Innovation: Stay updated on social media platforms, identify new opportunities, and maintain relationships with platform experts. Attend industry events.
• Social & Cultural Thought-Leadership: Articulate perspectives on emerging trends like dark social, social search, social commerce; utilize tools and data to assess trends for clients.
• Client & Partner Leadership: Build trusted relationships with client teams and partner agencies to ensure effective execution of social content.
• Insights, Performance Measurement & Optimization: Develop data-driven strategies, collaborate with data and media teams, and use analytics to optimize performance and demonstrate social media effectiveness.
