Our industry-leading client is seeking a Chief Digital Officer to join their esteemed board on a contract basis. This prominent Ecommerce company offers a solution-based product with ambitious growth plans to become a leader in the international market.

Your role will be crucial in enhancing the effectiveness of the board and individual directors, both internally and externally. You will ensure effective communication with the leadership team, acting as a sounding board for the CEO. Responsibilities include running quarterly board meetings, ensuring accountability among leadership team members, supporting the CEO and team impartially, and ensuring decisions are made efficiently and in line with legal and regulatory requirements. You will also review governance processes and sit on grievance and appeal panels when necessary.
