As our next Senior People Technology Analyst, you will ensure our candidates and Nandocas have exceptional experiences from onboarding to departure.

This is a 12-month contract where you will lead the use of Workday to create impact. If you are a Workday expert with a passion for people, process, and technology, and excel at simplifying complexity, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure Workday system security, compliance, efficiency, and positive experiences.
• Be the expert in Workday’s Core HCM, Absence, Security, and Business Process (BP) optimization.
• Review configurations for continuous improvement.
• Manage Workday release cycles, planning and ensuring smooth implementations.
• Collaborate with Tech teams on integrations.
• Support users by resolving queries and providing excellent service.
• Develop training materials, lead demos, and facilitate change management.
• Create dashboards and reports for decision-making.
• Support HR events like salary reviews and bonuses.
• Conduct audits, data cleanses, and system reviews.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote a collaborative culture.
• Manage HR systems to ensure safety, legality, and excellence.
