This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and influence strategic decision-making processes.

1. Develop and draft procurement and commercial strategies, providing credible options to support client decisions on commercial structures, payment schemes, and market approaches.
2. Contribute to the creation and analysis of procurement documentation and negotiations with Defence/Public Sector entities.
3. Provide analysis and insights to support evidence-based solutions and change management.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design solutions and business transformation activities aligned with strategic goals.
5. Build strong relationships with clients and third parties to ensure seamless collaboration and enhance client experience.
6. Engage in continuous learning and share knowledge within teams.
7. Proven experience in consulting or relevant commercial roles within the public sector, especially in strategic functions.
8. Expertise in managing complex stakeholder relationships and strategic decision-making.
9. Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights.
10. Knowledge of Public Sector standards and frameworks such as DEFCONS and DEFFORMS.
11. Deep understanding of Defence & Security sector issues and experience in complex procurement projects is preferred.
