The role:

These key strategy consulting roles are focused on helping clients to drive long-term, sustainable business growth.

• Helping to build strategies allied to the growth of brands & businesses by drawing insights from both qualitative and quantitative data
• Reviewing and manipulating raw data and reviewing research documents/trend reports
• Creating quality slides and Excel dashboards
• Participating in client meetings and supporting stakeholder interviews
• Working with some of the world’s best brands, smaller agile companies and not for profit clients, always tailoring the approach to the specific need.

You:

• Experience in a management consulting role with a recognised management consulting firm
• A primary focus on driving commercial growth strategies, securing a competitive edge
• Experienced in analysing and integrating data from multiple sources to uncover insights, identify trends, and support strategic decision making
• Experience of working with consumer-facing businesses
• Evidence, through academic or career history, of strong quantitative and qualitative research skills using researching frameworks, financial modelling and forecasting
• Skilled in creating and delivering high quality, visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI to drive actionable insights and informed decision making

Salary and package:

To £45,000 plus generous benefits, including share options,profit share, hybrid and flexible working, private medical insurance and exceptional family leave entitlements.
