• Operational Execution and Initiative Oversight: Drive disciplined execution of strategic initiatives and projects, managing plans, KPIs, and dependencies. Collaborate across teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Cross-Functional Initiative Management: Coordinate workstreams, ensure clarity, ownership, and momentum. Facilitate planning, monitor progress, escalate risks, and report on initiatives.
• Operational Excellence: Establish processes, documentation, risk strategies, and templates to ensure scalability, resilience, and consistency.
• Grant Programme Execution: Support delivery of the Grant Programme, overseeing due diligence, milestone tracking, engagement, and performance management with the Commercial team.
• Corporate Strategy Support: Provide analytical and strategic support, including market analysis, business development, and performance tracking aligned with long-term vision.
• Senior Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Engage with leadership, recommend solutions, communicate progress, and facilitate decision-making through reporting.

Qualifications:

• Professional Background: 4-7 years in management consulting, investment banking, program management, strategy, or operations in high-growth environments.
• Crypto & Blockchain Interest: Interest and understanding of crypto/blockchain, Payments, Stablecoins, digital identity, and market trends.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Project Management Skills: Proven ability to coordinate initiatives, manage stakeholders, and drive outcomes.
• Process-Driven Execution: Ability to implement processes and tools for consistency and scalability.
• Analytical & Insight-Driven Thinking: Data fluency, operational metrics, and reporting experience.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills, managing senior stakeholders, and aligning teams.
