Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
• Experience managing business activities such as annual planning, headcount management, business reviews, or goal setting.
• Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or relevant advanced degree.
• Experience using problem-solving skills (e.g., financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker) to influence leadership, measure outcomes, and refine strategies.
• Ability to tailor and deliver impactful reports and presentations, ask strategic questions, and lead conversations that drive results.

The Google Cloud Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations team partners with various departments to plan, strategize, and operate in a transformational manner. As a Strategy and Operations Manager for EMEA, you will define and execute strategic priorities to enhance operational excellence, business growth, and productivity. Your responsibilities include planning, goal setting, territory design, expansion planning, and managing business rhythms. You will provide insights, ensure alignment, foster strategic partnerships, and implement new initiatives to align company priorities with daily operations and foster growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UKI Regional Sales Strategy and Operations to develop the organization’s strategy, including design, growth, and business planning.
• Drive growth by developing and executing initiatives to scale operations.
• Establish operational cadence, review content, improvement initiatives, metrics, insights, and reporting processes.
• Support regional business operations and review cadences.
• Track progress against goals, identify gaps, and develop plans to address them.
