Integrated Strategist - £50k - Independent Agency

This is a great independent integrated agency with an impressive client list where they put their employees first. They have experienced continual growth over the last few years resulting in the growth of the strategy team.

They are looking for an integrated Mid-Senior Planner/Strategist from an agency background to work across Brand, Digital, CX, and social channels. Someone who enjoys getting their hands dirty with Data and Audience Insights, and bringing those details to life. An obsessive desire to drive results based on your research.

The right candidate will be joining a growing team and should have an entrepreneurial mindset, a team player who wants to grow with the agency. You will lead your own client but also support the lead strategist on pitches.

Key Activities:
  1. Researching and gathering data to develop well-informed strategic plans for clients. Good at interpreting audience insights from the likes of Kantar/TGI or GWI into actionable strategies.
  2. Working as a true partner to the client marketing department you will examine the clients’ businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives to define the brief.
  3. Producing cohesive and intelligent integrated strategies to bring success to projects.
  4. Comfortable generating original ideas with other members of the team and presenting these to team members and clients.
  5. Identifying potential problems and delivering solutions to solve them.
Skills Required:
  1. 6+ years of experience in an agency background.
  2. A proven track record in developing strategic plans, audience insights across social and retail sectors/clients.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. The ability to make complex subjects understandable and put them into action.
  5. The drive to be successful and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  6. The flexibility to work across a number of projects and balance your workload.
