Our international team of 40 is based across our HQ in Manchester, UK, and Europe (Skopje). We are expanding our services globally and are looking for a GTM strategist to join our team and support our clients.

We seek experience in building B2B campaigns to develop effective lead-generation programs. You MUST be eager and willing to learn.

About you?

You have a strong grasp of cold email marketing and the end-to-end process of building high-performing lead generation campaigns. You are skilled in crafting relevant messaging and using tools like Clay.com to segment and build hyper-targeted prospect lists.

You leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to streamline workflows and maximize output. You are results-driven and motivated to deliver value to customers and the team.

You have a creative mindset, balancing innovation and simplicity, knowing when to push boundaries and when to keep things focused.

You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy sharing ideas, and are energized by working with passionate colleagues in GTM strategies. You're excited to contribute to our fast-growing team.

What does the role involve?
  1. Develop and execute GTM campaign strategies—collaborate with internal teams to design and implement plans for client campaigns.
  2. Onboard new clients—create scripts, develop strategies, and launch campaigns.
  3. Create and implement SOPs to ensure efficiency and quality control—covering campaign setup, optimization, script creation, and A/B testing.
  4. Optimize campaign performance—use analytics to assess results, identify key levers for improvement, and scale successful initiatives.
  5. Conduct A/B testing—regularly test new ideas and market trends systematically to enhance campaign results.
  6. Research & Development—identify and evaluate new market opportunities, technologies, and software to maintain market leadership.
  7. Maintain strong cross-departmental relationships, establish project goals, and collaborate with stakeholders.
  8. Bring an entrepreneurial mindset—think creatively, act with urgency, and build high-impact services. We value bold ideas and open communication.
