Job summary

The Weir Group PLC is seeking a Workstream Project Manager for Innovation, PLM and Data to drive day-to-day delivery across multiple workstreams, coordinating design, data migration, governance and testing. The role supports harmonised processes and a future-ready operating model with SAP S/4HANA and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing workstreams within large-scale ERP, SAP S/4HANA, PLM, data or enterprise transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of data migration, data governance, data quality or enterprise reporting dependencies.
• Experience coordinating delivery across design, build, test, cutover and hypercare.
• Ability to manage complex dependencies across business, data, technology and third-party teams.
• Strong RAID management, planning and programme reporting skills.
• Experience working in a multi-party delivery model.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, ambiguous and high-pressure environments.
• Structured, proactive and delivery-focused leadership style.
• Strong advocate for data discipline, ownership and quality.
• Comfortable challenging unclear ownership, poor data quality or local divergence.
• Able to simplify complex cross-domain dependencies into clear plans and actions.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day delivery across Innovation, PLM and Data workstreams and align to the integrated programme plan.
• Coordinate delivery across Innovation, Engineering and Product Lifecycle Management scope.
• Coordinate data-related activities and ensure data ownership and quality requirements are clear.
• Own detailed planning and dependency management for Innovation, PLM and Data delivery activities.
• Coordinate workstream readiness for data migration cycles, testing, cutover and go-live.
• Work with Deloitte, SAP and third-party teams to ensure alignment and progress.
• Prepare clear status updates, issue summaries and recommendations.
