Job summary

GI Group is seeking an experienced Strategic Workforce Planning & People Analytics Lead for a public sector client. You will lead, shape and deliver workforce planning, modelling and insight, developing supply/demand forecasts, running scenario planning and providing evidence-based recommendations to senior stakeholders.

You will build governance, dashboards and reports to support decision-making, improve data quality, and embed a resource management operating model across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading strategic workforce planning in a complex organisation.
• Strong people analytics capability (reporting, dashboards, trend analysis, insight).
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders and presenting clear recommendations.
• Experience with workforce operating models/change/transformation and governance.
• Ability to work independently as a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

To lead, shape and deliver workforce planning, modelling and insight. You’ll develop supply/demand forecasts, run scenario planning, and provide evidence-based recommendations to senior stakeholders to support workforce prioritisation and investment decisions.
