Job summary

Lancashire Constabulary is inviting applications for the role of Workforce Planning & Implementation Assistant within the Human Resources Workforce Planning Team at Hutton Headquarters.

The role provides administrative support to organisational restructures and workforce modernisation programmes, including shift rota changes, and contributes to resource and workforce planning such as vacancy management and succession planning.

Qualifications

• CIPD level 3 or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work to conflicting deadlines in a busy environment.
• Excellent written information and high attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft applications, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Administer all stages of vacancy approval.
• Support org restructures and workforce modernisation, incl. shift rota changes.
• Deliver customer-focused HR admin to meet priorities.
• Handle enquiries by phone, email, or in person; liaise with stakeholders.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR admin procedures.
