Job summary

Keysight Technologies is hiring a Wireless Industry Solution Expert to lead executive engagement with wireless customers in Europe and the Middle East. You will drive growth by shaping opportunities, aligning with sales, and orchestrating cross-solution offerings across hardware, software, and services.

You will build strategic relationships, lead multi-year account plans, and ensure market insights reach product planning and go-to-market teams. Travel across Europe and beyond is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in wireless/communications/test & measurement with customer-facing leadership.
• Strong track record in technical sales, solution consulting, or application engineering at a senior level.
• Deep domain knowledge of wireless technologies (4G, 5G, mmWave, sub-6, protocols, OTA).
• Experience in market research, competitive analysis, or technology strategy preferred.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills at executive levels.
• Ability to travel within Europe and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor to wireless customers and ecosystem in Europe and the Middle East.
• Uncover, shape, and accelerate strategic opportunities leveraging Keysight’s portfolio.
• Partner with Sales to define and execute account strategies aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with top accounts.
• Coordinate across functions to advance opportunities and improve pipeline clarity.
• Drive market share by integrating multi-domain Keysight solutions.
