Job summary

Grundfos is seeking an Associate Sales Engineer for the UK North West region. You will support and grow key water utility accounts, delivering pump solutions and building lasting client relationships across the northern UK. The role is based in the north/northwest with hybrid working options.

Ideal candidates will have engineering qualifications, knowledge of UK water utility processes, and experience in technical sales or pump selection. Regular site visits are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of UK water utility processes and regulations.
• Ability to perform pump set selection calculations and costings.
• Based in the north or northwest UK with regular site visits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the United Utilities customer base from quotation through to award stage.
• Perform pump set selection calculations to ensure technically appropriate solutions.
• Ensure accurate costing aligned with company pricing strategy and achieve sales targets.
• Register and nurture all customer activities and opportunities in the CRM tool.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering and Business Development on account management to hit volumes.
• Ensure proper documentation handover to Customer Service and Engineering during order processing.
