Anglian Water Services is seeking a Land Consultant to support the Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) in delivering 500km+ pipelines and related assets across the East of England. The role combines hybrid working with site visits, reporting to the Land Programme Manager, and ensuring land reference activities align with the Water Industry Act 1991.

You will identify legal interests in land, manage land access for surveys, and collaborate with GIS resources to maintain accurate landownership

• Experience identifying legal interests in land, including freeholders, leaseholders and tenants.
