Kubus is seeking a Vendor Manager to oversee all vendor relationships and maximise value from partner ecosystems. This role focuses on governance, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive years’ experience in vendor relationships.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, analytics and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to develop and execute business plans involving multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of relationships with named vendors.
• Manage the full portfolio of the vendor product stack and align with targets.
• Provide content to Kubus marketing to align with vendor goals.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with vendor and Kubus senior leadership.
• Manage MDF and rebates from vendors and track sponsorships.
• Prepare monthly reports and presentations on vendor performance.
• Represent the company professionally at external meetings and events.
