Job summary

The AA is seeking a talented pricing professional to own end-to-end tyre pricing, translate costs into competitive sell-out prices, and shape propositions across roadside, B2C and B2B. You will work with Tyre Network, Finance, Procurement, Digital, Operations, Sales and Marketing to deliver clear commercial decisions.

You will analyse market movements, set pricing rules and build robust business cases to support revenue and margin growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial pricing, product analysis or revenue management.
• Ability to turn cost data into clear pricing recommendations.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint capability for modelling and reporting.
• Experience launching and managing B2C/B2B propositions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end tyre pricing model converting costs into prices.
• Set and maintain pricing rules across tyres, brands and channels.
• Monitor supplier price files, market movements and competitor pricing.
• Analyse rebates, incentives and other terms for forecast accuracy.
• Build scenarios and business cases for pricing and margins.
• Define tyre product catalogue and guide propositions by channel.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to launch and optimise pricing.
