Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc in London is seeking a Treasury Reporting and Compliance Specialist to apply accounting knowledge related to financial instruments and support monthly and annual closings for group holding and treasury entities.

You will manage compliance with internal treasury policies and external debt covenants, coordinate with M&A and restructuring projects, and provide business partner support to Group Treasury across legal, tax and CoSec teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with accounting for financial instruments and treasury reporting.
• ACA qualified or similar level qualification.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and explain complex information to non-specialists as a business partner.

Responsibilities

• Apply accounting knowledge related to financial instruments to prepare high quality statutory and management reports for Group holding and treasury entities.
• Lead accounting and reporting workstreams for group restructuring and M&A projects as a key business partner to M&A, CoSec, Legal and Tax.
• Coordinate governance of Vodafone Group Plc and other holding entities, including distributable reserves.
• Oversee local teams to ensure compliance with treasury policies and debt covenants; prepare treasury management reports.
• Prepare statutory financial statements for group holding companies and notes to consolidated statements.
