Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with accounting for financial instruments and treasury reporting.
• ACA qualified (or similar level)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and explain complex information to non-specialists as a business partner
• Experience with treasury reporting in large organisations or Big 4 is advantageous
• Strong focus on compliance and internal control framework

Responsibilities

• Apply accounting knowledge to prepare statutory and management reports for Vodafone Group holding and treasury entities.
• Support M&A and group restructuring projects with accounting and reporting expertise.
• Lead governance of Vodafone Group Plc and holding entities including distributable reserves.
• Coordinate local teams to ensure compliance with treasury policies and debt covenants; prepare treasury reports.
• Prepare statutory financial statements for group holdings and notes to consolidated statements.
• Perform treasury operations such as payment approvals and data management.
