Vodafone is seeking a seasoned finance professional to apply accounting for financial instruments and manage treasury reporting across Vodafone Group entities. You will partner with Group Treasury on closing cycles and support group restructuring and M&A activities.

You will also govern corporate structures, ensure policy compliance, and oversee treasury operations including payments and data management. A strong governance mindset and stakeholder focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with accounting for financial instruments and treasury reporting.
• ACA qualification or equivalent level.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and explain complex information to non-specialists.

Responsabilités

• Utilise knowledge of accounting for financial instruments and participate in monthly and annual closing process for Vodafone Group Plc and group treasury companies; provide business partner support to Group Treasury.
• Lead accounting and reporting workstream of group restructuring and M&A projects, coordinating with M&A, CoSec, Legal and Tax.
• Manage corporate governance of Vodafone Group Plc and other holding and treasury entities, including distributable reserves.
• Coordinate local teams to ensure compliance with Group treasury policies and debt covenants; prepare treasury management reports.
• Prepare statutory financial statements for group holding companies; assist notes to consolidated financial statements.
• Perform operational treasury activities such as payment approvals and data management; oversee guarantees issued by the Group.
