Randstad UK is seeking a Qualified and experienced treasury leader to fill the role of Treasury Manager, overseeing back‑office treasury and cash management across the UK & Ireland division, ensuring robust governance, accurate forecasting, liquidity optimisation, and compliant treasury operations in a complex corporate environment.

You will act as the operational lead for all treasury activities, manage key banking relationships, maintain banking admin and accounts structures, oversee the cash

Qualificações

• Qualified Accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Treasury specialist background.
• Proven cash management, liquidity planning and working capital experience.
• Strong internal controls, risk management and compliance knowledge.
• Experience leading finance/treasury teams.
• Tech-savvy with data analytics and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning across all divisions.
• Be primary contact for banking partners and internal stakeholders; manage accounts structures.
• Mentor and develop the cash and banking team; drive workforce planning.
• Maintain treasury controls, compliance and standardised reporting across segments.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive digitisation, automation, and process improvement.
• Provide management reporting on cash trends and liquidity to inform decisions.
