Job summary

SF Partners is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting & Treasury Manager for Warwickshire, combining technical accounting, treasury management and strong financial governance. The role offers hybrid working with three days in the Warwickshire office and exposure to senior stakeholders across the global group.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification or equivalent.
• Strong financial reporting and statutory accounting experience.
• Experience of treasury management, cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Understanding of IFRS and balance sheet controls.
• Experience of fixed asset accounting.
• Previous team management or supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical skills and communication with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with prioritisation and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Oversee statutory accounts, audits and accounting standards.
• Manage treasury: cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting and controls.
• Maintain balance sheet controls and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with group policies and tax obligations.
• Produce financial analysis for senior management.
• Identify opportunities to improve controls and reporting efficiency.
• Manage, support and develop finance team.
• Collaborate with colleagues across finance and the business.
