Job summary

SF Partners seeks an experienced Financial Reporting & Treasury Manager to lead monthly, quarterly and annual reporting within an established, international group. The role covers treasury, financial control and governance, with oversight of audits and asset accounting.

You will manage a finance team, work with senior stakeholders and drive improvements in controls and processes within a hybrid Warwickshire office-based environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA or equivalent.
• Strong financial reporting and statutory accounting experience in a complex commercial environment.
• Experience of treasury management, cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Good understanding of IFRS, balance sheet controls and financial governance.
• Experience of fixed asset accounting, ideally in asset-heavy business.
• Previous team management or supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Oversee statutory accounts preparation, external audits and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Manage treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and banking arrangements.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting, ensuring accurate reporting, reconciliations and appropriate financial controls.
• Maintain strong balance sheet controls, reconciliations and reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with group accounting policies, statutory requirements and relevant tax obligations.
• Produce financial analysis and reporting to support senior management and group stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen financial controls, improve processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Manage, support and develop members of the finance team.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across finance and the wider business.
