Job summary

Karo Healthcare AB is seeking a Head of Transformation & PMO to own the delivery of the Value Creation Plan (VCP) and drive cross-functional, cross-geography initiatives. The role includes building an internal PMO capability and partnering with senior leadership to ensure measurable financial impact across markets.

You will lead enterprise-wide programmes such as Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay and S&OP, develop governance, track KPIs, and foster change management with a pragmatic, hands-on

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience combining top-tier consulting or transformation with industry delivery.
• Proven track record delivering large cross-country programmes with measurable P&L and cash impact.
• Experience building or leading a PMO or transformation office.
• Strong financial literacy: EBITDA, cash, and budget.
• Credibility with executive leadership, boards and investors.
• Structured, pragmatic approach to simplify complexity.
• High ownership, resilience in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience in FMCG or consumer health; PE-backed experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities
