Job summary

Everyturn Mental Health, a charity delivering mental health and wellbeing services, seeks a Head of Transformation to lead its transformation agenda. The role oversees the PMO, strategic programmes and projects, and ensures changes improve services, productivity, impact and sustainability.

Remote work is possible with travel across the North East and other areas as needed. The successful candidate will report to Executive Directors, work with the Board, and drive change management while building

Responsibilities

• Lead Everyturn's strategic transformation programme and PMO function.
• Drive delivery of initiatives aligned to strategic goals.
• Provide expert leadership on programme management, business change, governance, risk management, and benefits realisation.
• Produce high-quality reporting and assurance for Executive Teams and Trustees.
• Lead the organisation's productivity programme and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build project and change management capability across the charity.
• Manage strategic project budgets and ensure value for investment.
• Support and develop a high-performing transformation team.
• Work as a member of the Senior Leadership Team to support growth, innovation and long-term sustainability.
• Ensure people remain at the heart of transformation and change activity.
