Job summary

RedRock Resourcing is partnering with a growing technology organisation to recruit a Business Consultant for the Organisational Effectiveness function. The role is Bristol-based with a Hybrid working pattern and focuses on transforming how the business operates to drive efficiency and value.

You’ll support transformation initiatives, develop performance frameworks and KPIs, and help embed new ways of working across leadership and teams to scale with the business.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with ability to translate insight into actions
• Experience supporting transformation or business improvement programmes
• Ability to work across a complex organisation with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

• Analyse current ways of working and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and value delivery
• Support a business-wide transformation programme and shape future-state processes, governance models and operating practices
• Develop performance frameworks, reporting structures and key measures to track progress and opportunities
