Job summary

You will build strong client relationships, coach junior team members, and contribute to proposals and business development activities.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in Financial Services, consulting or industry.
• Experience delivering complex Transformation initiatives.
• Ability to lead workstreams and manage client relationships.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong and credible relationships with client stakeholders.
• Leads workstreams delivering Strategic Transformation services.
• Delivers high-quality client outcomes, managing day-to-day delivery and proactively identifying and resolving issues.
