Job summary

EY-Parthenon in London is seeking an Executive for Strategic Transformation within Financial Services. You will translate strategic ambition into actionable plans, manage workstreams, and deliver high‑impact client outcomes while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.

You will contribute to growth of the practice, guide major transformations, and support business development with rigorous analysis and client insights.

Qualifications

• Financial Services expertise and consulting experience.
• Transformation initiatives and delivery capabilities.
• Curiosity about sector trends and applied research.
• Understanding of decisions across business model, customer, operations and tech.
• Commercial understanding of value drivers.

• Develops understanding of EY’s capabilities to support client needs.
• Supports proposals and business development through client and market research.
