Job summary

EY-Parthenon, London, is seeking an Executive for Strategic Transformation within Financial Services. You’ll translate strategy into actionable plans, guide transformation workstreams and drive value for clients.

The role combines advisory rigor with practical delivery across banking, asset management and insurance engagements. Ideal candidates will bring 3+ years FS experience, strong analytical skills and a proven ability to lead workstreams, partner with client teams and contribute to

Qualifications

Financial Services expertise: 3+ years in FS or consulting.
Transformation experience with change delivery.
Strategic insight applied to FS sector trends.
Enterprise perspective across business model, operations and data.
Commercial acumen and understanding of value drivers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of operating models for FS.
Awareness of technology dependencies in change.
AI literacy and ability to apply insights.
Clear communication and stakeholder management.
Collaborative teamwork across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Supports delivery of Strategic Transformation engagements and workstreams.
Takes ownership of defined workstreams and delivers high-quality outputs.
Gathers information, tests hypotheses and develops practical recommendations.
Develops client relationships and contributes to proposals and business development.
