Job summary

Hitachi Solutions Europe Limited is seeking a senior leader to deliver strategic business transformation advisory services across complex programmes. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping transformation visions, operating models and roadmaps.

Reporting to the Change, Adoption & Learning Senior Director, you will lead client engagements, mentor teams, contribute to practice development and help win new business while maintaining a focus on measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience advising executives on transformation strategy and operating models.
• Ability to connect business strategy with technology and people to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise executive stakeholders on transformation strategy and operating model design.
• Lead transformation discovery engagements and workshops to define vision and roadmaps.
• Support development of business cases, value propositions and transformation strategies.
• Provide benefits realisation frameworks and ensure programmes deliver measurable outcomes.
• Provide strategic oversight across transformation programmes and identify risks and opportunities.
• Shape consulting propositions and contribute to business development and client engagements.
• Coach and mentor consultants and ensure capabilities development across the practice.
