Job summary

Babcock International is seeking a Transformation Delivery Manager for its Andover site, with hybrid working and a 37-hour week. You will drive business transformation, operational improvement and strategic growth initiatives across the Land sector, delivering high-quality business cases and executive-level reports.

The role requires SC clearance, experience with governance and risk management, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business transformation or strategic change within a complex organisation.
• Strong governance, risk and milestone management skills.
• Ability to produce executive-level presentations and business cases.

Responsibilities
