Job summary

Centrica Energy in London is seeking a Business Enhancement Analyst to drive strategic and operational improvements across the COO function within our trading organisation. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage risk, and deliver tangible business outcomes in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in commodity trading markets (gas, power or LNG) is preferred.
• Understanding of end-to-end trading lifecycle and related operational processes.
• Experience in PMO, business change or operational improvement environments.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Jira or MS Project desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of business transformation and platform improvement initiatives across Centrica Energy.
• Coordinate project activities including planning, governance, reporting, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops; manage actions, risks and dependencies.
• Produce high-quality project updates, presentations and management information for stakeholders.
• Monitor project and portfolio performance; identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Build relationships across Operations, Technology and Business teams to support delivery of projects.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability.
