Job summary

Centrica Energy is seeking a Business Enhancement Analyst to drive strategic and operational improvements within its COO function in a fast-paced, international trading environment. Based in central London with three days in the office, the role requires collaboration across Operations, Technology and Business Management teams.

The successful candidate will support transformation initiatives, facilitate workshops, and deliver high-quality updates while managing risks and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in commodity trading markets (gas/power/LNG).
• Understanding end-to-end trading lifecycle.
• Experience in PMO or change delivery environments.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Familiar with Jira or MS Project.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of business transformation and platform improvement initiatives across Centrica Energy.
• Coordinate project activities including planning, governance, reporting and risk management.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops, ensuring actions and dependencies are tracked.
• Produce high-quality project updates, presentations and management information for stakeholders.
• Monitor project and portfolio performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Build strong relationships across Operations, Technology and Business teams to support delivery.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
